GF Homemade Veggie Burgers!

I thought I would share this recipe with everyone! I made it for dinner and it was delicious. In fact, it was so delicious that it didn't last long enough for a picture ):

1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1 green bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
pinch of salt and pepper

The directions are very simple!

Boil the quinoa until it's nice and "fluffy." Put the black and garbanzo beans into a bowl and mash them together. Next, chop the pepper and onion into some small, and some medium sized pieces. Add all of the ingredients together and form into little patties. If the burger doesn't stick together well, you should double the amount of corn flour! Cook the patties on the stove for about 5 minutes on each side. I served these on a lettuce bun with avocado slices, mustard and hummus!  ENJOY!
