I am so excited for our May 2nd meeting... it will be so much fun! We are having a bake off. There will be three categories: homemade, modified to be GF, or from a "mix," (please make sure to include an ingredients list with your baked good!) There will be prizes for the winners in each category! **ANY AGE CAN BAKE!** If we have enough kid/teen RSVP's, we may be able to have a special kid/teen baking challenge (: That would be exciting! Please bring your delicious, GF, baked goods to the meeting at Paradise Valley Retirement Community. The meeting starts at 7pm, and is located at: 11645 North 25th Place, Phoenix, AZ 85028. There is no cost to the meeting, but we do encourage you to bring GF food donations for our food drive!

The mission of Phoenix Celiac Juniors is to provide a strong support system for any kid or teen with CD. Whether newly diagnosed or needing a friend, PCJ is determined to provide information and bring the Celiac community closer together, while raising awareness for Celiac Disease outside of the CD community.
